A software start-up venture, Ms. Hart developed and wrote entire business plan including financial projections and full market analysis. An early cellular telephone service provider with systems in Mississippi and Texas, Ms. Hart conceived and created all marketing messaging for both direct and indirect sales channels and supervised the design of all advertising campaigns and collateral, including print and electronic media, brochures and leave-behind collateral, and corporate identity materials. She also wrote all press releases and market analyses for corporate and business press use.
